Koror is a small island town about 5 km long. Downtown Koror, with the main street, shops, cafes and the Etpison Museum, is in the middle; the Belau National Museum is a short taxi ride east; the culture centre and coral reef centre are on the west side; Malakal harbour and the dive docks are on the southern tip.
