Knightstown

Skip unless you are a Hoosiers fan: the Hoosier Gym is a 30-minute stop on an I-70 drive. No other reason to detour.

Knightstown is a tiny town of about 2,200 people on I-70 east of Indianapolis. Its only draw is the Hoosier Gym, the original gym used in the 1986 film Hoosiers. The gym is a well-preserved film set and local museum. You can see it in 30–45 minutes. The rest of the town has little for a traveller. Plan a quick stop, not a stay.
