Kętrzyn
Half a day for the Wolf's Lair, then move on. One night if you want to explore the Teutonic Castle and the town's quiet streets.
Kętrzyn is a small town in Warmia-Masuria, best known as the gateway to the Wolf's Lair – Hitler's WWII bunker complex in the forest. The town itself has a restored Teutonic Castle and a compact centre, but most visitors come for the war history and leave the same day. It works as a stop between Olsztyn and the Masurian Lakes.
