Keffi
Keffi is a 50 km road stop from Abuja: half a day for the university campus and a meal, not a base. Skip unless you have a specific reason (Nasarawa State University, visiting friends or family).
Keffi is the capital of Nasarawa State, a small town 50 km east of Abuja on the Keffi–Akwanga expressway. It has a university campus, a few shopping malls and a handful of hotels and restaurants. Most travellers pass through on the way to Akwanga or Lafia rather than stopping overnight.
