Kanker
Kanker is a half-day stop for the waterfalls and palace, not a base: one night if you want to relax, otherwise pass through.
Kanker is a small town in southern Chhattisgarh, set in hills and forests crossed by streams. Its main draws are the Malanjhkudum Waterfalls, the Kanker Palace Heritage guesthouse, and a few other falls and temples. Most travellers use it as a short break between Raipur and Jagdalpur.
