Get around
A car is required. Highway 82 runs from La Grande (about 72 mi / 1.5 h) through Enterprise to Joseph; fuel up before leaving La Grande. In town, Main Street is walkable in 10 minutes. Wallowa Lake is about 6 mi south on the lake highway; the tram base is at the south end.
