Jind
Jind is a half-day stop for the Bhuteshwar Temple and a look at rural Haryana, not a base. One night if you need to break the Delhi–Punjab rail journey.
Jind is a small city in Haryana, about 125 km from Delhi on the Delhi–Ferozpur rail line. Its main draw is the 11th-century Bhuteshwar Temple, a Shiva temple with a large tank. The city has little else for tourists, so most travellers use it as a short stop between Delhi and Punjab or as a quiet base to explore West Haryana.
