Jerez is the sherry capital of Andalusia and the cradle of flamenco, about 1 h 10 min by train from Seville and 40 min from Cádiz. Get around
Walk: the historic centre is flat and compact, and most sights sit within 20 minutes of each other. Taxis are cheap and metered, with ranks in the centre. A car helps for the coast and the Sierra de Grazalema but is a liability in the old town, so park in a central car park.
