The centre is flat and grid-like, so walk it: plaza, church, theatre and market are all within about 15 minutes of each other. Taxis wait at the plaza and fares are low; agree the price before you get in. Streets are mostly one-way if you drive. The town sits near 2,000 m, so take the first hour slowly.
