Get around
A car is the practical choice: the beach, downtown and the mall are 5–15 min apart with no useful sidewalk between them. Martin County's bus system (locally 'the Marty') runs one limited route along US-1 linking Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Stuart — treat it as a fallback, not a plan.
