Jageshwar is a small temple town in Kumaon, Uttarakhand, about 36 km northeast of Almora. The main attraction is the cluster of ancient Shiva temples, most of which can be seen on foot in a few hours. With a night’s stay you can enjoy sunrise prayers and a quiet mountain evening.
