Igueben
Igueben is a 1–2 hour stop for the Ukpe Festival or Onogie's New Year Festival; otherwise skip unless you are visiting family or passing through on the Auchi–Benin City road.
Igueben is a small farming town in Edo State, 70 km north-east of Benin City. Its main draws are two traditional festivals — Ukpe and Ihuan — that showcase masquerades, dances and the Onogie's court. Outside festival dates the town has no tourist infrastructure; most visitors come for a few hours en route to Auchi or Ekpoma.
