Ifaty
Ifaty is a 2–3 night beach stop at the end of the RN7: go for snorkelling and spiny forest, skip if you have fewer than 2 days or want nightlife.
Ifaty, 27 km north of Toliara, is a quiet fishing village turned beach resort. It offers coral reefs, the Reniala spiny-forest reserve and a relaxed pace. Most travellers use it as a 2–3 night wind-down after the RN7 road trip. There are no banks, limited services and a bumpy road in.
