Ibusuki
Spend a half‑day for the sand‑bath and a quick visit to Mt Kaimon; add a night if you want a hot‑spring ryokan stay.
Ibusuki sits at the tip of the Satsuma Peninsula and is best known for its beach sand‑baths, Mt Kaimon and the seasonal sand‑walk to Chiringashima. A half‑day covers the main attractions; an overnight lets you enjoy a ryokan on‑site.
