Get around
A car is the practical choice: Highway 116 links Guerneville with Monte Rio, Forestville and Sebastopol, and River Road runs east to Highway 101 near Santa Rosa. In town you can walk Main Street end to end in about 15 minutes. Bicycle rentals appear seasonally, but the roads are narrow with little shoulder and the terrain is hilly — ride with caution. Rideshare coverage is thin; check local taxi options before a late night out.
