Göhren
Go for a beach day or a 2-night seaside break on Rügen's southeast coast; skip if you have only one day on the island — Binz or Sassnitz give more variety.
Göhren is a classic Baltic seaside resort on Rügen, with a wide sandy beach, a long pier and the Mönchgut peninsula's walking trails. The town is smaller and quieter than Binz, making it a good choice for a relaxed 2-night stay. Most sights are within a 15-minute walk of the beachfront.
