Ermioni
Ερμιόνη
A quiet seaside town for a half-day stop or a slow overnight between Nafplio and Hydra/Spetses; skip if you want beaches or nightlife.
Ermioni is a small fishing town on the Argolid peninsula, popular with Athenians for weekend escapes but quieter than nearby islands. Its charm is in the relaxed harbour, narrow streets and views across to Hydra. Most travellers use it as a lunch stop or a cheap base to explore the region.
