Łęknica
Go for a half-day to see the UNESCO Muskau Park and the Manhattan bazaar; one night only if you want to explore both sides of the border slowly.
Łęknica is a small Polish border town facing Bad Muskau, Germany. Its single big draw is the Fürst-Pückler-Park (Muskau Park), a UNESCO World Heritage landscape garden that straddles the Neisse river. The other reason to stop is the Manhattan street bazaar, one of Poland's largest open-air markets. Most visitors come from Wrocław or Zielona Góra for a few hours, cross the pedestrian bridge to the German side, and leave.
