Get around
A car is the practical way to cover the spread-out city; otherwise use Uber or a metered taxi (they do not cruise, so book by app or phone). The People Mover bus links the beachfront, uShaka, the Victoria Street Market and the CBD. Minibus taxis are cheap but not aimed at visitors. Metrorail commuter trains have a poor safety record: skip them.
