Dewey Beach is a one-mile sandbar town in Sussex County, Delaware: ocean on one side, Rehoboth Bay on the other, and a strip of bars and restaurants along Coastal Highway. Park once and walk: the town is about a mile end to end. DART Beach Bus routes 203 and 208 link Dewey with Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany Beach and Ocean City; the Jolly Trolley runs to Rehoboth every 30 min in season. Uber and Lyft cover short hops.
