Get around
A car is the practical choice: sights run from the Air Force Academy in the north to Cheyenne Mountain in the south, 30–40 min apart. Mountain Metro buses cover the core; single fare about $1.75, reduced $0.85, and fares have been free in summer in past years (check current). THE ZEB shuttle is free downtown. Rideshares work downtown but are thin at trailheads and the summit road.
