Chaniotis
Χανιώτης
A half-day stop on a Kassandra road trip: swim at the Blue Flag beach, eat seafood, then move on. One night if you want a quiet base with a beach club.
Chaniotis is a small coastal village on the Kassandra peninsula, 90 km from Thessaloniki. Its main draw is a long Blue Flag beach with organised clubs and quieter coves a short walk away. The village has a handful of seafood tavernas, bars and basic hotels. Most travellers use it as a lunch-and-swim break between Afytos and Possidi, or as a low-key overnight stop.
