Get around
Drive. US-131 and M-115 meet the town, Mitchell Street is the main drag, and parking downtown is free and rarely full. A paved path runs along the Lake Cadillac shore between downtown and Cadillac West, so a bike covers the lakefront without a car. The Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority runs demand-response buses plus a summer midday fixed route between Cadillac West and downtown; taxis and rideshare exist but are thin.
