Buriram

Buriram is a small town in Isaan, about 410 km from Bangkok. It offers access to Khmer archaeological sites, a volcanic park and a lively weekend market. One full day covers the main sights; a second day allows a trip to Khao Kradong or a nearby kiln site. Overnight stay is cheap, so a 1‑2‑day visit is enough.
