Baska Voda
Baška Voda
Go for 1–2 nights as a quiet base on the Makarska Riviera: pebble beaches, a short promenade and ferry access to the islands, but no major sights that demand more time.
Baska Voda is a compact resort town 48 km south of Split, with a 2 km pebble beach, a handful of churches and a small old town. It works best as a low-key coastal stop between Split and Makarska, or as a base for day trips to Hvar, Brač and the Biokovo mountain range. Most visitors stay one or two nights.
