Bambang is a small university and market town in southern Nueva Vizcaya, sitting on the Maharlika Highway. Its main attractions are the 18th‑century St Catherine of Siena Church, the public market, Salinas Natural Monument and Banti Falls. The town is a convenient stop for travelers heading to Bayombong or Santa Fe, but limited accommodation means a single day is usually enough.
