Bad Münstereifel
Half a day is enough to walk the medieval wall and main street; stay one night if you want spa treatments or a quiet Eifel base.
Bad Münstereifel is a small spa town in the Eifel with a nearly complete medieval town wall, a Romanesque church and a Norman-style stone house. It draws summer tourists for its historic centre and thermal baths. Most visitors spend a few hours on a day trip from Cologne or Bonn.
