Weather and daylight
Expect a maritime climate: mild winters, cool summers, wind off the North Sea and rain spread across the year. Summer highs usually land between 20 and 25 °C, with a few hotter days; winter days hover a few degrees above freezing and rarely stay below it. Snow is uncommon and usually light.
Daylight is the bigger variable.
