Get around
A car is the practical choice: the city spreads along US 19 and US 82, and the Liberty Expressway bypasses the north and east sides. Albany Transit System runs fixed routes with a downtown transfer point at Oglethorpe and Jackson, but service is limited and slow for sightseeing.
