Akka
أقا
Stop 2–3 h for the kasbah, Agadir Azro and the spring, then move on: no hotels, so sleep in Tafraoute or Tata.
Akka is a small desert town in Tata province, in the Anti-Atlas, built of red clay around its oases and once a depot on the caravan routes. The kasbah, the Agadir Azro fortress and the spring sit within walking distance, so it works as a half-day stop on a desert route rather than a base.
