Skip Agbara as a sightseeing stop: it is an industrial estate town with no tourist core. Use it only as a cheap bed near Lagos if you have business there.
Agbara is an industrial layout in Ogun State's Ado-Odo/Ota area, close to the Lagos State line and about 45 km from Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Its landmarks are factories and estates, not sights. Travellers come for work, family or a cheaper bed within reach of Lagos, and stay one night at most.
